At Brighton Physiotherapy, we understand the growing interest and need for telehealth appointments. We appreciate that the use of telehealth appointments can improve access to healthcare, save travel time and expenses, and allows patients to obtain the care they need from wherever they may be!
It is important to us that our patients feel comfortable when attending a telehealth appointment, which is why we use both Zoom and Physitrack video conferencing software which are both securely encrypted.
These programs allow us to share our desktop screens during a telehealth appointment, so that you are still able to discuss your exercise program in as much detail as would be obtained in an in-person appointment.
If you aren’t sure how to access a telehealth appointment, or whether it’s the right choice for you, our patient and friendly reception staff will be able to guide you through the process in real time if necessary.
